Every property is different. We don't believe in taking the same landscape plan and repeating it from house to house.
We evaluate the property's layout, architecture, sunlight, shade, soil conditions, elevations, drainage, existing landscaping, and how you want to use the space.
We also consider how the landscape will look several years from now—not just the day installation is completed. Proper plant spacing, mature plant sizes, irrigation requirements, and maintenance needs are considered during the design process.

For larger projects, landscape design goes far beyond selecting plants.
Your pavers, artificial turf, retaining walls, fire pit, pergola, planting beds, lawn, irrigation, drainage, and lighting should feel like one complete outdoor environment, rather than separate projects added over time.
A well-planned design allows us to determine where each feature belongs and, just as importantly, the correct order in which everything should be installed. That can prevent unnecessary demolition, changes, and additional costs during construction.

During the design phase, we consider how water moves through the property, where drainage improvements may be needed, and how the irrigation system will support the new landscape. Planning these systems before installation helps us avoid situations where finished landscaping or hardscaping needs to be disturbed later.

Plant and material selection has a major impact on how your finished property looks and performs. We consider sun and shade, mature plant size, color and texture, seasonal appearance, water and maintenance requirements, privacy needs, existing architecture, the surrounding landscape, rock and mulch choices, paver styles and patterns, artificial turf applications, and outdoor living materials.

Planning Larger Landscape Transformations
For substantial landscape renovations, design gives us a roadmap for the entire project. Instead of making individual decisions as construction progresses, we can establish the overall vision first and then coordinate each phase—from site preparation and irrigation to planting, hardscaping, lighting, and final installation.
